Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please note that, in line with our commitment to quality, a processing time of 1-2 weeks is required as we create these custom-made treasures for you.

Most often though orders are shipped within 3 - 4 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 4pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. During seasonal peak periods, we encourage you to make your purchase ahead of time. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages or missing items

Michelle Leanne Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia, however many of our products are available to other countries via our etsy shop - CLICK HERE

Refunds or Exchanges

Due to products being custom made or made to order or digital in nature Michelle Leanne Home does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason including change of mind, so please select products carefully, look at item photos and read the items description for full details. Feel free to contact me with any questions prior to ordering :)
